Located just minutes from the magnificent beaches at the coast with easy access off the Suncoast Parkway, Sterling Hill is a gated community surrounded by trees and nearby preserves, springs, golf and the booming city of Tampa to the south, Sterling Hill offers a club house, pool, tennis and basketball courts. Sterling Hill’s North Park features a picnic shelter plus an outdoor pavilion and multipurpose court. There’s also a nature trail within the park marked with points of interest, and paved paths for biking and jogging. The South Park includes an archeological interest area, a multi-purpose area with manicured lawn, plus a tot lot and rest room facilities.
